Ease + Grace Tea - Soothes the Nervous System
Ease + Grace organic tea is blended to soothe anxious thoughts and worry. It calms the body and the mind with herbs well known to support the nervous system.
A hot cup of tea is one of my favorite ways to relax during times of stress or anxiety. Filling that cup with soothing + grounding herbs is even more powerful.
I recently re-formulated this tea for increased potency. I love the medicine of herbs, but anxiety and stress are sometimes so intense, that a weak tea bag with small amounts of 10 different herbs is just not going to make an ounce of difference. This tea is different. It's a simple blend of tried + true nervous system supportive herbs. Brew it strong and let the plants works their magic. Don't forget deep breaths and any other practices that can bring you out of your mind and into your body.
For chronic anxiety or stress, consider making a pot or large mason jar full of tea and sip 3-4 warm cups daily. For extra support, I recommend daily use of ashwaganda and milky oat tincture.
Organic or wild ingredients: skullcap, lemon balm, oats + wood betony.
Ease + Grace loose tea is available in a 1.8 oz weight bag and makes approximately 24 strongly medicinal cups.
To make: Shake the bag to distribute herbs. Place 1 tablespoon of herbs in a tea bag, tea infuser, tea pot, or mason jar for each cup of tea desired. Top with hot water and steep for 20 minutes. Best steeped while covered. My favorite way to make medicinal teas is in a covered mason jar to retain all of the magical healing properties. Strain (press the water out of the herbs for maximum plant magic), sweeten if desired (a touch of honey is divine) + enjoy!
