Calm Belly Tea - Soothes Digestive Discomfort
Calm Belly organic tea is blended to calm digestive upset after heavy meals or foods that cause gas, bloating, and stomach aches. It's one of my most beloved blends to drink and share after meals. My family and I have found it to act quickly + effectively when food just isn't sitting well or we've over indulged.
The flavor is delicious + refreshingly minty from peppermint and meadowsweet.
Organic or wild ingredients: peppermint, meadowsweet, marshmallow + anise.
Calm Belly loose tea is available in a 1.5 oz weight bag and makes approximately 24 cups.
To make: Shake the bag to distribute herbs. Place 2 teaspoons of herbs in a tea bag, tea infuser, tea pot, or mason jar for each cup of tea desired. Top with hot water and steep for 20 minutes. Best steeped while covered. My favorite way to make medicinal teas is in a covered mason jar to retain all of the magical healing properties. Strain (press the water out of the herbs for maximum plant magic), sweeten if desired (a touch of honey is divine) + enjoy!
