Return + Refund Policy


RETURNS/REFUNDS
Due to the nature of herbal goods, I do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged during shipment. I do not offer refunds any purchases.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Items damaged in shipment will be replaced with the same item, shipped free of charge. If the item is out of stock, a store credit for the purchase price of the damaged item will be issued instead. Please email me a photo of the damaged package AND item so I can file an insurance claim with USPS. Contact me (natalia@sacredbotanica.com) to initiate your replacement within 14 days of receipt. Requests for replacement without including photos cannot be processed. Your replacement item will be shipped out within 3 business days.
