Creamy Peppercorn Ranch

This is my signature recipe gaining rave reviews from around the globe! Yield: 2-1/4 cups 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup lemon juice 2/3 cup hemp seed 5 cloves of garlic 2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt 1 cup cold-pressed olive oil Place the water, lemon juice, hemp seed, garlic, peppercorns and salt in a high-powered blender.  Blend from low to high speed until smooth.  With the blender running on low, pour in the olive oil to emulsify.  Gradually turn up the power until just combined.  The result should be very thick, creamy & delicious!

As much as I enjoy creating and indulging in gourmet living food, I always make sure to have quick and easy recipes up my sleeve for busy days. The freshness of the cilantro and lime with a little kick of jalapeño makes for a very flavorful dip. Sesame Ginger Dressing

This dressing tastes great on thinly sliced broccoli, bok choy and cabbage or try as a dipping sauce for fresh spring rolls. makes 1/2 cup 6 tablespoons cold-pressed sesame oil 2 tablespoons coconut aminos 1 tablespoon coconut nectar 1 tablespoon sesame seed 1 clove of garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon lime zest 1/4 teaspoon crushed chili pepper Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.

My favorite raw foodie hummus--super authentic, rich & filling. makes 3 cups 4 cloves garlic 1½ cups raw sunflower seeds, soaked for 4-6 hours in pure water, drained and rinsed well ½ cup raw sesame tahini ½ cup lemon juice ¼ cup olive oil ¼ cup water ¾ teaspoon Himalayan salt olive oil, paprika and/or parsley to garnish, if desired Place garlic cloves in the food processor fit with the s-blade.
