Quick Cacao Clusters

makes 16 pieces

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup raw agave nectar
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup walnuts (soaked and dehydrated if you've planned ahead)
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, agave, cacao and salt. When the chocolate is smooth, add the walnuts and coconut to the bowl. Mix well to coat all of the nuts and coconut. Use a spoon to create clusters about 2" in diameter and place onto a wax paper lined baking sheet. Freeze 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy--YUM!
