Lemonade has always been a favorite spring and summer drink for me and my family. Sure, I drink lots of pure water, but when the weather starts to warm and I'm drinking more and more, I like to add in some other creative ways to quench my thirst. Lemon is an amazing body cleanser and packs a high vitamin C punch. Sweetened with raw honey and jazzed up with fresh mint & ginger, you'll be fully energized & inspired to get out into nature and enjoy a beautiful spring day!
• 2 cups of pure water
• Juice of 2 medium lemons
• 15 mint leaves
• ½" cube of fresh ginger, peeled
• 3 TB raw honey
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high to combine. Fill 2 large glasses with ice, if desired. Pour over ice and garnish with additional lemon slices and mint.
