A rich, fudgey chocolate filled with chewy dried fruits and crunchy chia seeds.  Luscious!!!

Charmed by Chocolate

makes 5 big chocolate cups

  • 3 TB raw coconut oil, in liquid form
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 3 TB golden raisins (plus additional to garnish)
  • 2 TB goji berries (plus additional to garnish)
  • 1 TB chia seeds
  • 5 raw pecans
Place coconut oil and honey in a medium bowl and whisk together.  Add cacao powder and salt and continue to whisk until you have a beautifully smooth chocolate.  Add golden raisins, goji berries and chia seeds and mix well to evenly distribute.  Place 2 heaping tablespoons of this chocolate mixture into a silicone cupcake form.  Repeat for the remaining chocolates. Smooth out the tops.  Top each with a pecan in the center and garnish with additional golden raisins and goji berries.  Get creative with pretty patterns!  Freeze 30-45 minutes until solid in the center.  Store frozen until ready to serve.  Enjoy the blissed out feeling these are ready to give!
